I understand that the main purpose of therapeutic massage is relaxation and relief from muscle tension, spasms or circulation problems. I acknowledge that the massage therapist is not authorized to diagnose, treat or prescribe treatment for any medical condition, illness or disorder.

I also understand that a single session may not be enough to get all the benefits of massage therapy, and that results may vary from person to person.

I declare that it is my responsibility to tell the therapist about any medical condition, injury, ailment, medication or treatment I am under that could affect the massage session. I also agree to tell her my preferences about the pressure or any other part of the massage, so the experience is safe and comfortable.

I also understand and accept that Masajes Terapéuticos by Maricris is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or left behind on the premises.

By signing this document, I accept the terms above and release the therapist and the Masajes Terapéuticos by Maricris brand from all liability for any inconvenience, injury or adverse effect that may arise in connection with the massage session.
