Confirm the day before
By 2:00 p.m. the day before. If you don’t confirm, the appointment is canceled and the spot goes to someone else.

Cancellations and payment
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead. If you cancel with less notice, don’t confirm, or don’t show up, the deposit is not refunded or moved to another appointment.

Meet Maricris
“My hands aren’t holy, but they are blessed, because God gave me the gift and the chance to put them at the service of others.”
“I’m a massage therapist and I’m blind” is how María Cristina introduces herself. She has been giving therapeutic massage in Bayamón since 2012, with techniques she learned in Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.
Training
ICPR Junior College
Massage Therapy, class of 2023, graduated with high honors. She specialized in hot stones and cupping.
Universidad de Medicina Oriental Japón-Nicaragua
Specialist in Japanese techniques. She studied four specialties: Anma, Shiatsu, foot reflexology and prenatal massage.
Her motto: There are no limits.

- Traditional Japanese massage. Kneading, rubbing and rhythmic tapping on the muscles to get circulation moving and release tension.
- Shiatsu
- Steady pressure with the fingers and palms on points of the body. Unlike Anma, there is no kneading or rubbing.
- Foot reflexology
- Pressure on points of the feet that relaxes the whole body.
- Prenatal massage
- Lying on your side with pillows, to ease the back and legs during pregnancy.
- Hot stones
- Smooth, warm stones on the muscles, so the heat helps them let go.
- Cupping
- Cups that lift the skin and muscle with gentle suction, to release tight spots.
